Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. You will only have 10 days to do so once your order arrives.
